Today was my sons first time coming to sky zone instead of jump because we wanted to see the difference. When we came in we were greeted warmly and we saw the energy and your team members around the park. Logan and Kennedy greeted my son with a sky five with the foam hands as he came in to jump with the birthday party he was invited to. They did a great job of interacting with my son And the other children in the party. Overall, my child's experience was tremendous. even the guys watching the courts were energetic and seemed happy to be working around my son and others were jumping! I will definitely be taking my kids to sky zone much more often now
The managers Chris and Marquis are phenomenal! They really turned around my experience! After having difficulty booking a birthday party I was greeted by these smiling faces who went above and beyond to make sure my family, friends and I had a wonderful experience! They were attentive, engaging and friendly with all the children and ensured my daughter had a fantastic birthday!! These two are truly and asset to Sky Zone and I hope this review will show how much their actions are appreciated.
I took my grandchildren to sky zone and they had a wonderful time. We will be going back. There was this young man that works there by the name of Antonio, he was wonderful with helping me and my kids to know what we should and shouldn't do. He was so compassionate because it was our first time going. Thank you sky zone for bringing joy to my grands and for hiring employees like Antonio. Hope to see you both soon..
We hosted our five year old's birthday party at Sky Zone and could not be more pleased. The process was simple and they made it so easy for us as the hosts. Austin, our party leader, was incredible! He was upbeat, paid incredible attention to detail, and was a seasoned pro at making sure the kiddos were having the best time. Highly recommend the team and Sky Zone
I scheduled my daughters party weeks in advance. The employees / manager should know how many people are having parties that day and should know not to overbook them. Especially when the party is $400!!!!! Absolutely will NOT be going back
I had my daughters birthday party here on Saturday (10/28/2017). ...and the kids had a blast BUUUUUUUUT when it came time for the "party" portion after the bounce portion our party host told us "It's not my fault.....but we don't have a party room open". So they squeezed 15 kids and their parents into the cave of the "Parents Corner" and then rushed us the entire time to get out. I did not even get so much as an "I'm sorry" from any of the staff. The manager was no where to be seen, and when I left I had to get nasty with the girl up front about not paying for a party room that I did not even get.
