Extremely rude staff. Beyond unwilling to assist, as a first time customer. Applying now to refinance to a better company. Do not waste your time or energy attempting to deal with unprofessional people.
Customer service is really horrible. I communicated that my payment would be 14 days late and was told maybe I shouldn't have gotten the car! At least I'm communicating that I'm making a payment without dodging it. There's no empathy. Just a representative telling me how to make certain decisions in my life. Never dealt with a company like this before!
Absolutely the worst company. Word of advice, if your credit is not good enough to qualify for auto financing through a reputable company, just wait it out. Work on improving your credit, do NOT get involved with these people. 6/27/17- I find it interesting that the "owner" left a response to my review that is dated "about a month ago". My review is not even that old. I stand behind my review 100%. I am so thankful that I was able to refinance and get away from this company. Please, please, please protect your credit. You do not want to resort to this type of lending solution.
called today to talk about a finanal situation i am in,, gentlemen helped, very much, after i got him to slow down, i talk fast but he has be beat. i found out that i have late fees, that i was not aware of. so i asked if they notify their clients of this and he stated they do not send out information to let you know. you have to go online or call them. i asked if you are no aware of this why would i call or go online. i think they need to look into this situation. i am sure i am not the only person that this has happen too.
The only positive remark on here is from a person that works for C&F and as you can see they are lying.......so, this explains a lot. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
