I wasn’t satisfied with my nails neither my toes , they cut down extremely low without asking you and when addressed to owner all she says is okay she has no sympathy or tries to address the problem. IF you want better service don’t go there and their famous line is I didn’t cut that much or I didn’t know but they don’t ask questions before it’s done. I will recommend Lisa tho she’s great!
Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, prompt service. Fresh fruit and beverage complimentary. Quality of service depends on whom you get. Received a pedicure today that was nothing more than a quick soak and polish. Language barrier also dependent upon who provides your service. In other words, hit or miss unless you know who you want to see. Definitely ask for Derek. He's the best!
Horrible experience! I will never return to this nail shop. I went in and asked for a particular nail technician, there was a wait which was fine, I proceeded to pick out my toes color because I was going to let another technician service my pedicure, while my nail technician finished a client. As I walked to the pedicure stations the women who half ass greeted me, when I walked in. Stared and gave me the meanest, ugliest look that I’ve ever experienced from a place I was going to pay my hard earn money to. They are rude and careless about providing great customer service! Take your hard earned money else where, especially where it’s appreciated and you’re treated fairly.
The location was nice and the atmosphere was nice and I did like the complimentary fruit and water, but that was about it. The staff was unfriendly and the guy doing my nails were too rough and strict. He kept tugging my hand forward, telling me to relax, but how can I relax if you keep tugging on my hand. Paying was also hard as well because the woman checking me out wouldn't even let me touch my own card. She bent my card after stuffing it inside the card reader. Never going back after today.
My usual nail salon was really packed, so I decided to try this one. The place was fairly clean and nice. The man who did my nails seem pleasant , and he did a nice job. The only problem I did notice was when I walked in and asked the woman how much was it for a fill in, she ignored me. Then she asked me was it my first time, and I told her that it was. So she threw out a price that just was ridiculous. I feel like everything needs to have a set price. Why throw prices out from the top of your head just because it's my first time and your trying to get over on me. So that was my first and last time going there.
