This is a great location. The shopping center is easy to get in and out of. The laundromat itself has plenty of machines and is very clean. There was an attendant wiping down machines and helping customers the entire time I was there. Plenty of carts, plenty of folding tables, washers and driers in varying sizes, and nice vending machines.
Regency Laundromat is clean and staffed by helpful and polite workers. Due to a broken dryer, this is my first visit to a Laundromat in many decades. I would have no problem using this facility in the future, if the need arises.
This is one of THE best laundromats in the Richmond/Henrico area. Staff is very attentive, awesome and caring. They keep the place pristine clean and make it an enjoyable place to come to do laundry. Sure I have laundromats real close to me, but I don't mind traveling a few extra miles for cleanliness. Not to mention the machines are way cheaper too! And yeah, they're open later than some most laundry facilities.
I have never been to a Laundromat that provides such excellent service. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Before I could ask a question, they was asking me what I needed help with. Very prompt, very clean, and amazing staff. I would definitely recommend this place to all I know!!! Keep Up The Excellent Service!
plenty of machines including big ones for 6 loads, machines are a decent cost and fast, clean place, coin changers work, ATM works, easy to get supplies or a drink or a snack from vending machines, open late too
