All-around great place!
I've been here twice and have never seen anything that I would consider unacceptably dirty for a place where people walk freely from a parking lot to a tile floor. It's very clean; I've been surprised at how clean it is both times I've been.
Highly recommend this pace, even though they are closing from June 6 until some point in July of 2016 for renovations. They are apparently bring in all new machines.
I was extremely sceptical about laundromats.
Been ising this laindromat for over 2 years. Service has gone way down. Paid $30 for a wash and fold and not only were my instructions to hang my pants not followed, i.now am spending my time refolding the clothes that looked like they were just thrown together and put in the bag. They arwnt folded well and now there are creasea and wrinkles everywhere. Today was a waste of time and money!! Do NOT use the wash and fold
You can do everything with a credit/debit card and they also have a loyalty program that is app-based. The only thing you can't buy with a card is detergent, which is a buck per load. They have a change machine for 1, 5, and 10 dollar bills. I've found all machines very easy to operate.
People are complaining about the prices going up, but that's what prices do. I would wager that it's cheaper than owning a washer and dryer, and I prefer it anyway because I usually have about four loads of laundry to do and I can't afford 4 washers and dryers.
I have been going to this place since April and am really happy about the service and atmosphere. The people who work there are extremely nice, very personable, and answered a lot of questions I had about the machines.
while doing my laundry at this location I saw several roaches crawling across the floor, in the corner and the restroom. When my loads were done washing, I didn't stay to dry them. I did not want to take any roaches to my place. The owners are not all that nice, while I was there I witnessed the women owner cussing at her employee's. I will never waste another dime there. Between the bugs and the owner, I had a horrible experience and will NEVER go back!!!!!
