Found Richmond security online to do a camera security system at my office. It's been a terrible expierence, the system was never installed properly, I've had a camera fail that 4 months later still isn't replaced, and they don't return calls or emails. I paid over $7,000 for my system and it still doesn't work properly and they are aware of it but they have been paid on the job so that's all the care about. They answered every call and email while I was shopping around for systems but once installed, they move on. I would stay far away from this company.
As long as the lock smith, this place is the best in town. Especially, if you need to copy special keys.
