I placed an order, paid for it, and they NEVER DELIVERED IT. Great way to treat your customers!
Id love to taste the food before even leaving a review but its literally 2 hours before getting our order and its STILL not here. We called multiple times and each time were told the driver had already left. Last call we were told hes leaving now. 0 stars sorry.
If you want pizza 30 minutes late this is the place to go. The owner of this place has way too much on his plate trying to operate a pizzeria, Mexican restaurant, gyro shop, breakfast joint, Philly steak n cheese, and even fish...woah just stay with one type of food before you lose your business completely!
First time i try this place i was truly didisappointed. Placed my order at 7:30pm. Called back at 8:30pm and was told my order was walking out the door(live 15min away per google maps) at 9:05 pm order shows up wrong call and was told i would get a call back when driver returned(no call back) 9:45pm called back placed on hold then told that i had to pay full price after waiting for 2hrs for a lg pizza and bread sticks. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Hell McDonald's customer service is better than here.... Do your employees a favor pay them a good amount and shut your doors nobody deserves to waste their hard earned money at this establishment
It's hit and miss with this place. They've been through about three major changes since taking over including a 24 hour a day place and now a ghetto grocery store that also sells food. Also, I can't understand most of the people who work there. Still, they do make a good burger and fries but with their indecisive direction, I'm surprised they're still open. UPDATE: After writing the above, I decided to give them a shot and called and said I'd pick up a greek salad which they said would be ready in ten minutes. I got there in about that time and the salad wasn't ready but was in a few minutes. Except the bread that comes with it apparently had just been put in the oven and took at least another ten and maybe 15 minutes. I don't think I'm going back. They just don't seem to get it.
