AMAZING tasting pizza. Use to think Belmont was the Bee's Knees until Halloween this year. Our friends from NYC agreed this was the best taste in town.
My satisfaction with Valentino's is as conflicted and two-sided as their service. I love their food and prices, and half their staff. The other half . . Lets just say, sometimes you can walk in and get great service and food, and sometimes you'll be waiting 45 minutes for literally just a cheeseburger. That's not hyperbole. It depends entirely on who's running the kitchen at the time, and I've found myself avoiding the place because I don't want to risk my evening waiting for an order the cook forgot. If you're willing to flip the coin with the kitchen staff, I'd highly recommend their lamb gyro.
The Best Pizza in Richmond downtown. They make it the way you want it. Thin New York style or as Thick as your hands. GREAT PIZZA
I have ordered from here twice & both times the food was great and the customer service was awesome as well as the delivery driver. This time, not so good. My food took almost 2 hours to arrive and when I got it, my fries were completely awful. The wings were ok but it was not worth the $13 I spent on delivery. However, the lady that I spoke with on the phone was nice as well as the delivery driver. But my order was cold by the time I got it. Smh..
Placed an order for 2 Philly cheesesteaks with the works and a large order of fries. Had to wait an hour and a half; food gets here and my order is messed up. I simply requested no lettuce or tomatoes and I end up missing most of my sandwich. The chef lied on the phone stating that everything was finely sliced in the meat. They offered to send a new one but when it got here it had no mayonnaise and there were lettuce and tomatoes on it, which I requested not to be put on there.
