Overall a decent experience. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait was pretty long for my first couple of visits but once I mentioned this my appointments were in and out rather quickly. This is a very busy office and sometimes a wait is to be expected. I did not like seeing three different doctors on three consecutive visits but I was informed that the main physician is having to see a physician himself. The physical therapist was great. Nice turn around guys.
Doctors/Nurses there get a 5 star. All were awesome. Front desk need to get it together.
I find it extraordinary that every Concentra has different "rules" regarding DOT drug screens and physicals. This one has been the worst of all. Staff is uncaring and very uninformative about testing and what is involved. Will be filing a corporate complaint.
Great experience, professional staff, great doctor, only issue I have is this is the closest location had to drive hour and a half from Chesapeake, VA.
Friendly staff experienced technicians and the doctor with great bedside manner. How can you complain about that? I did feel that I waited too long but the service makes up for it.
