I didn't want to loose my teeth so of course I went a head broke down and called thinking I would get some help.

I called the school because I have no insurance and I don't make a lot of money and most of it goes to taking care of my family. I had a bad root canal job done a few years ago that got infected over time. My dentist when I did have medicaid never even crowned it. I have been awake for almost a week now. Even when I fall asleep it's for an hour before the abscessed jerks me awake at night. It's so bad I've been calling out of work and when I do go I'm suffering. I went to Vernon J Harris who did what they could but said they would have to get me over to vcu school to fix this root canal. I cannot wait for it so I called Vcu dental looking for help and the guy sounded bored as I'm telling how much pain I'm in and that I can't sleep and he just blows me off not to mention say it would be a month or two before I could even get an appointment. At this point I feel hopeless and want to throw myself off a cliff with how bad the pain is. One things for sure though I won't goto VCU with that attitude. No way I'm going to give what little money I have to people who act like this. I'm not asking for a handout just help. Very disappointed.

A woman answer the phone and she would cut me off had a terrible attitude and she told me it would be 75$ dollars to get X-rays and I don't need those I can tell you what's wrong and the work I need done. 75$ isn't low to me I might ass well go ahead and not pay my rent or bills and find a doctor in a private office for $150 or $200 !!! An when I tell the woman that I'm sorry I really can't afford it she in the most annoying and rudest way says Sorry you can't have things for Free in life ! Not knowing who I am what I've been through or anything you might wanna change your staff.

Needed a tooth extracted went down to vcu dentistry. Very professional and nice and the team I had was awesome. I will be returning for future dental work. Thanks VCU for taking care of me fast.

Dr.Abubaker and his entire staff are the best and most down to earth Doctors I have ever experienced. With part one SARPE surgery a great success we will schedule part two today. From start to finish every detail of the surgery was explained to us. Post surgery on a weekend Dr. Abubaker offered to come to his practice to look at us because of pain and he was out of town too. I don't have enough space on this text for every positive word in the dictionary to rate their excellent and professional work. ❤

Dr. Ramsey was awesome with my son! And gave us a very personal experience she was there anytime day or night to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Called because I was urged to by people I know and I wish I hadn't ! I called because I'm 20 years old who needs dental care and I don't have a family I was homeless in 2014 and I was told they did pricing based off income !
