I carried my dog here from 2006 till he died last month. Always professional people taking care of him till I called about his passing because I didn't want to see the reminders they sent to stay on top of his care. They even sent me a card signed by them to express their condolences. Thank you CSV for your services through out the years. RIP Chue.
I've had dogs for over 16 years and dealt with numerous vets of which I could always speak highly of... This vet hospital though by far was inexplicably bad. The receptionists are rude and not compassionate whatsoever. The doctor's require unnecessary shots and vaccinations that are not required elsewhere (deworming dogs when they do not have worms twice a year). The cost is ridiculously high and the availability to see vet patients is few a far between. Waiting until next week in an emergency is uncalled for... Two of my experiences included having my dog vaccinated for something that was not needed, but I was told had to be done.. Next thing I know my dog is violently ill due to the vaccinations and I am paying upwards of $200, because of unnecessary vet work to recuperate my very ill dog. My second experience was ordering a lab test and then the staff, although the test is complete, refusing to give me the results when my dog was becoming increasing ill (and since he could not get an appointment had to go elsewhere). The front desk staff would not even speak to me, but instead would only keep answering the phones and talking to clients coming in the door. I finally had to get the other vet clinic to call and request the results in order to receive them. And throughout all of these experiences there was never so much as one apology or kind word. If you want to spend a lot of money and be treated in a condescending manner and without compassion this is your spot. If not, seek kinder and more affordable vets around town. I certainly wish I had never put my dogs health at risk and wasted my time and my money here.
Everyone I spoke to there was super awesome and kind. We just moved to the area so I wasn't sure what to expect when my car got suddenly sick but they were great with him. You can tell they are true animal lovers there.
The staff and doctors here were absolutely amazing! We brought our dog here for a knee replacement, and everyone from the receptionist to the vet was professional, kind and caring. We were updated throughout the surgery and recovery period by the vet, and the staff followed up with us after we brought Spike home. We really appreciate the excellent care our dog received.
Very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. The receptionists here are great but I felt that the tech and DVM were very much condescending. I even overheard the tech tell the vet that "fincances are are major concern" with my case--though I not once brought up finance other than agreeing to know what the approximate cost of the visit would be after the tech offered to give me an estimate. Altogether, my experience was unprofessional and I will not bring my dog back. Would not recommend.
