DO NOT come to this place. I had a HORRIBLE experience from the rude stuff and manger here. They don't respect and treat their costumers well, i came here to have some fun with friends where I paid them entrace fee and didn't go inside the club and when i wanted my money back after 1 minutes they started to be racist because of my English accent and refused to refund my money. They are racist, unprofessional, rude and thieves. Be careful guys!
I'm only giving this place 3 stars because overall its very $$$ compared to anything Ive ever been to (Im from NJ) but if you are stuck in downtown Richmond on a week night and don't feel like going far, its def worth a stop. Walking distance from most of the major hotels in town. The lap dance prices are really geared more to get you to spend more but you sort of get more if you do. So if you are the kind of person that gets several lap dances, dont waste your time with a single dance. When you go upstairs depending on who you are with anything goes and you get a much better experience. As for atmosphere its pretty grungy and filthy and most of the upper floors are abandoned. It used to be both male and female but I was told by one of the girls there was so much sex going on with the male strippers they shut it down. Kind of ironic that men get such a bad wrap for going to these places yet women patrons are the ones to shut it down .....LOL Onto the experience. You will NOT get hustled in this place in fact if you like a dancer take my advice and go grab her once she gets off stage because unlike clubs I been to they don't walk around asking you for a dance. All they do is make rounds and thank anyone who tips them while they dance, gotta love the southern charm. This was very weird for me because all the girls complain they don't make enough but none of them are hustling either..LOL I saw about 6 girls just sitting at tables like patrons not even trying to make money. IDK maybe its a VA thing though most of the girls are from Ohio or the Carolinas..LOL The good part is I struck up a convo with one girl and before I knew it I was surrounded by 5 and we all talked and drank and had a blast. Now lets talk about the girls, you will mostly find alternative types of dancers at this place. All the girls are covered in tattoos. So if you aren't into INK (and piercings) avoid this place all together. I'm talking about girls with 55% of their upper body covered, full sleeve arms and tats from their ankle to the upper thigh. You may meet one or two like I did that had none but it ware rare that night , it doesn't bother me at all and in fact it was kind of different to see so I enjoyed it. If I find myself again in Richmond I will go back and try to find some of the really nice girls that made this night for me enjoyable. If you meet a dancer named Venus strap in she has legs of steele and slays on stage and the lap dance will make you wish you wore extra underwear...LOL
Met this girl rain and electra and needless to say I'm a regular, great girls, gorgeous, great experience over all, very friendly ,upbeat, and can keep conversations and they know how to take care of you;). Definately suggest it.
Club Rouge is a absolutely a wonderful place to attend and work for. The staff are very nice and the professionalism of the staff is exceptionally great. Be sure you say hi to the wonderful door girl Ashley when she is there . Come by and visit us we are open
Unfortunately my male friend didn't seem to enjoy himself, however I did! Ladies was amazing! The manager lady with glasses can cool it towards females.
