I have stayed here in the past, every year for a work conference. This year it booked up early so I stayed somewhere else. However, love this hotel! Staff is professional, food is good. I am glad we come here every year for work!
I attended a professional conference. Double Tree should consider stepping it up. The bathrooms needed cleaning, the toilet paper consistently ran out, and some toilets were stopped up. I'm sure some liked the food. I didn't. The meals tasted like they came out of a box. Disappointed
Attended Virgina Jump$tart conference. Great venue for any conference! Continental breakfast was excellent with many choices. Coffee was excellent. Conference room and breakout session rooms were well appointed. Lunch service staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lunch was fresh and delicious!
There with a large group so our breakfast was a buffet in a very large meeting room. Rooms are very nice. Quite comfortable and clean. Price a notch high but not too bad.
Check in was quick and smooth. Stayed on the 8th floor, elevators worked without issue. Room was tidy. Bed was extremely comfortable. No issues with noise. Check out was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.
