The apps and pasta came out at the same time. The pasta was lukewarm and the solution was to reheat instead of making a new dish. For the cost of the meal, the food should be hot and better attention should be given to the customer service.
The service was moderate at best but the food, oh my God!! I have worked in the restaurant business for years and a cardinal rule is NEVER USE A MICROWAVE!! I ordered a pasta dish ($16 btw) and when it came our, the Alfredo sauce was brown hard and cold. Hers was the same. We sent them back and they returned in less than 2 minutes. I could see the same chicken I had just cut up and it had clearly been microwaved to heat it up. Bad move!!! I was not going to eat this shitty meal and neither was she.
Nice atmosphere. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the view to outside and the surrounding area. We had muscles for an app and there were plenty served. The entrees we a good size and came out in good time. Service was attentive and nice. It was a good visit and I'll go back again.
Stay away from this pathetic excuse for a restaurant.
This has been the second time we went and the atmosphere is very classy and clean! Food comes out fresh and hot! Soo good! Great food and service! The kitchen manager checked on us this time and over all very impressed! Definitely 20x better than olive Garden and between here and carrabbas this is more a date night girls night with fine dining feel and we will definitely come back again soon!
I love the lunches here. My favorite is Polo Isabella ... feta cheese... lemon sauce and sun dried tomatoes. Delicious!
I was so hungry and my fiance had been looking forward to trying this place next to her gym. We were so disappointed in the whole event that we will discourage anyone from eating there.
Our server took it away and took mine off the tab. Where was the manager?? Who knows... This place also has fruit fly issues which is a health violation along with resending the same food after microwaving.
