A staple of the area for quite some time. Relaxing atmosphere with a good selection on the menu. A few drafts to close from, and an old tub as a centrepiece for a gourmet salad bar make it unique. The food is good and sometimes hit or miss, staff friendly. Definitely a place to check out, but don't expect to be blown away.
The waitress was nice, the hostess was not. However it was obvious any request would not be catered to.
We had the "brunch bar" which was really good. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The gravy was more like a brown gravy than a country one, but I really liked that. The biscuits were warm and fluffy. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were also good. It was neat to then have "lunch" with the good salad bar.
The food and service was excellent. I would recommend making a reservation if possible. Would definitely go again.
I love this place. I have been going here for over 15 years and I am never disappointed. Great food and reasonable prices. A good atmosphere for enjoying a meal.
The brunch bar was cold. Like the bacon and other typically hot foods, were actually cold.
Overall, poor experience.
The “top shelf” Bloody Mary was made with Tito’s... i was afraid of may be used to concoct a regular drink.
The omelettes at our table were tiny and the toppings were stingy. Worse yet, the French toast was served with hotel packets of fake syrup and whip cream was brought out in a Reddi Whip can.
If you want subpar “brunch” that costs more than the several other (much better) places around, come here.
