High priced specialty tea store owned by Starbucks. Price is offputting to the regular customer but selection of teas is interesting. Knowledgeable staff, different tea flavours, probably better appreciated if tea is drunk iced rather than hot.

If I lived in Richmond, I would do all of my tea shopping with Justin, and I would hire him and his entire team in a heartbeat because of their passion, knowledge, and friendliness.

I arrived to purchase a gift, and Justin immediately jumped in to show me around the store, fill me in on the day's offers, and to provide helpful advice. The beautiful smells and sights of the store enhanced my experience.
Went in mid afternoon to take a look at loose leaf tea with my boyfriend. Conner was super helpful and friendly. Taught us a lot about tea and how to do things the right way. We live across the state but will definitely be coming back this way just so we can go to this store for our tea-needs.
