Don't bother looking at the online prices. According to them they are wrong and are over 2k above that price.
Update one month later; after presenting photographic evidence that the splitter was installed incorrectly, the dealership decided to reimburse me for the replacement parts that I installed. Then had to get my own license plates and fight for the balance that they charged. In the end, I got the money I asked for, but it wasn't easy. Would have been a bit more satisfied with a more timely response. And, I would never advise taking any car in for service at this location after seeing how they installed the air splitter.

I was on vacation and the shift cable on my Escape decided to break. I was towed here on a Friday night. They were able to check me in and call a cab so I could get back to my hotel. When I arrived the next day they were able to fit me into their busy Saturday schedule. They have a very comfortable waiting room. Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed that day but they were able to rig it so I could get home and have it fixed later. They were polite, courteous, and professional. They helped me out in a pinch. Two days later I called to ask what part number they said I needed and Frank texted it to me right away. First rate customer service.
Don't buy from this dealer. Paid almost $65k for a car. Drove it home and on the way the front splitter falls off. They wouldn't repair it ($800). Said I bumped a parking curb and that made the splitter fall off. Huh? Watched the Ford technician video on how to install the splitter and it was obviously not installed correctly. Buyer beware!
Online prices are not accurate. The one vehicle we wanted (with money on hand), they told us the price was wrong. To me that's false advertising.

They will play with the numbers and deceive you into thinking you are receiving incentives/discounts but add them somewhere else.
