Interesting place for trendy clothes, but the service hear is not good. Managers improving service would improve business and the store's reputation.
Arrived at the store a little after 9am and a very rude employee told me to leave because they weren't open yet.
Terrible customer service. Twice, I have called and put something on hold and both times I've gotten there and they had absolutely no record of it and didn't have the items. At all. It's a bunch of college students who honestly dgaf. The line is always super long too.
Absolute mess everytime I come to shop there. Incredibly long lines and little to no customer service unless you are checking out. Props for having too much product to handle.
