I almost look forward going to the dentist now...almost. Dr. Brown and his staff are super friendly, sociable and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes (and that was because I showed up 10 minutes early!) Dr. Brown always has a full house, with patients in the chairs, and that's because he does good work and they seem to know what they are doing.
I was always the patient who DREADED the dentist until I met Dr. Reynolds. She has a very special and gentle way that always makes my visits good. I have been seeing her for over 15 years now and she now takes care of my whole family - my children love her too! I would not dream of going anywhere else.
Dr. Snow at the Ridgefield office is wonderful! The staff is warm and welcoming, and he is thoughtful and gentle and good at communicating options and progress. I highly recommend this office!
Well I was recently a first time Guest at Brown Reynolds Snow Dentistry.... Visiting the Dentist is never a good experience. The staff quickly made me feel Welcomed and at ease! I have a Dentist I visit for my routine visits, and may consider switching over. The environment was clean and welcoming, the only thing I didn't like was watching the Today show in the exam room :-) which isn't a big deal I am a loyal Good morning America fan! Great place I drove from the South side of Richmond for the visit!
I had the pleasure of meeting the new dentist Dr. Lenoir yesterday. He was very polite and very courteous which is a reflection of the whole office. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave everybody is so nice. The space is very comfortable and clean. I always enjoy coming into Brown Reynolds and Snow!
