The absolute worst dental practice in Richmond Virginia. If you are thinking about going here do not I repeat DO NOT go here, and especially don't take your children here, it will be the worst mistake of your life. This place should be shut down, I seriously don't understand how they're still up and running, other than the fact that they have a lot of patients with Medicaid, and they know they can run the bill up, tell you that work needs to be done to your teeth when it really doesn't.They are all about money here.

The staff is amazing !!! they care for the patient!!!! i had to get 3 root canals & a lot of fill ins Nd i has less than 30 days and they did it ! my kids also attend this place and they love it
If i could give this place a no star I would. This place is gettho, unprofessional, racist, and unethical. Front desk doesn't really know how to translate properly, they say something that is not even right. They take advantage of the hispanic community. The manager is racist! My friend spend almost $2,500 on all his Treatment for them to say they simply can not change the color of his gums on his dentures because they don't match. After spending so much money and trusting them with his mouth they just ripped him off and now won't even simply adjust the color. I dont recommend this office to anyone at all, unless you want to give free money away.
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for my beautiful smile and the wonderful experience i had with the whole team from the front staff to the back staff...This place is wonderful from the office staff (especially Sharon) the office manager she is one of a kind with the knowledge to help you with financial questions/plans/options she is driven to find you the best plan that fits your situation...then to my own personal Dentist Dr. Patel...hands down she is the best!!! i can't thank her enough for the time and the extra mile she went to make me a beautiful smile...i was truly blessed to have such a great women working on my mouth....Then to the assistant Marquita (hopefully is spelled it correct) she was so on top of my appointments/my work being done.. you will truly make a wonderful dentist (she has a great teacher-Dr. Patel)...everyone played their part and i have referred several people to this practice i hope they too put in a review of how well they were treated and their experience.
