I must say normally don't write reviews. In the case of Davis and Green the service was so exceptional I feel that I must! First of all Mr. Green himself came to my home to discuss wiring up my detached garage. He talked me through lighting, exterior outlets, placement and importance of items I didn't quite frankly think about. I explained about a future addition to my home, Mr. Green explained the importance of going ahead and putting my electrical service underground now to save significant money as we move forward wth our addition. As the work started on my garage his team showed up they were neat, clean cut, knowledgeable, Chris the main electrician answered my questions and they got to work. I'm a little OCD I

Like perfection. End of day one the laborer was sweeping up I told him it was fine leave it til tomorrow. He politely told me he was not going to leave his mess!! My garage was cleaner than when they started!

My second crew came to install a stand alone generator. Equally great, professional demeanor. I felt as though they cared about doing a good job. In a world where less people seem to care! I cannot more highly recommend any other company other than Davis and Green! They have a customer for life.

I have always used Tate & Hill for my electrical needs but scheduling them this time would have been a long wait. I contacted Davis & Green and they were quick to respond. D&G sent Jason and Matt to add custom lighting in my kitchen. From the estimate to the installation; everything was above my expectations. They were neat, on time and professional in all they did. I will definitely use D&G again for my next project and ask for Jason and Matt by name.

Hired for service upgrade, electrical inspection and repair. Initially seemed responsive, but downhill from there. Poor communication and follow through. Relies heavily on desk/office staff and not enough on the technicians performing the job and details and tasks fell through the cracks or were ignored. Cut corners. You are at a disadvantage if you do not know the difference between basic work and superior service.

I asked Davis &Green Electrical to come to my new home to fix some electrical problems. I was willing to pay for the 2 hour drive due to their reputation. An older man and a younger man arrived. The younger man could only do what he was told to do by the older one yet he was the fastest. The older man spent an enormous amount of time walking around, asking why I called their company, talking to the other contractors, talking about the bad workmanship in the home, and telling stories; occasionally he gave the younger one something to do. They were there ALL day, did not complete all the jobs I asked, said that they did not have the materials to do some of the jobs--for example, wire! The younger man kept pacing around, telling me that he wished the older man would give him something to do. I ended up paying over $1000 for a job not even half-done with information given to me on how I could do some of the jobs myself. I still need work done, but I would not call them back and would never recommend them to a friend or stranger.

Great company to work with.Shout out to Eric, who came out to service my generator and though I missed him after his initial early morning visit, he took time to circle back. I acquired a generator through the purchase of my home and was unfamiliar with its operation. Eric returned to my property later in the day (and before a holiday weekend) to explain the operation and maintenance of the generator. Furthermore, I wanted to replace some dimmer switches to accommodate LED bulbs but was having trouble identifying the correct circuit breakers. It was confusing because circuits in the main panel were routed into another circuit box associated with the generator. He took time to open up the circuit breaker panels to identify which breakers were not fed by wires, and helped me identify each circuit breaker associated with a dimmer switch I intend to replace. Needless to say he was a great help in giving me the confidence to complete the job on my own. I also now have complete trust in Eric working in my home in my absence and will use Davis and Green for all my electrical needs.
