I contacted twice and spoke over the phone. Each time, he promised a callback to schedule. Obviously he does not care what he says or not man enough to say "no" on the phone. Instead the guy made me wait for a call back twice and didn't keep his word. What a waste of time! Wish there were an option for 0 star.
Needed a meter base and electrical panel installed in our detached garage. Called 10 electrical companies in Richmond area, most of which did not even return my call... David did, and came next day to give me a quote. Two days later the job was done!
