Store is clean. Staff, when you can talk to one, are polite. Be prepared to wait half an hour to get an "appointment" with someone. After that, be prepared to wait 2-3hrs and they "might" be able to help you. If you're spending money, this does speed up the process. If you're hoping for a software repair for something that their update did to brick your device, bring a book. Thankful that I don't use Apple products, but that almost makes it worse as I'm usually waiting with a family member for something I'll never use. In short, nice staff, horrible store.
They fixed my issue in a very friendly manner. The wait was minimal and I was able to do other things while I waited for them to page my phone. Great experience!
Erin saved the day. Checked in at 3:40 and after watching all the young ladies getting immediate help and after 1 hour later of no help or contact, I became very frustrated. Then I went to check in to find out my check in had been deleted. Dugh. I did then get help in ten minutes. The lady that helped me was excellent and quickly resolved and corrected the malfunction with the 6+. Thank you Erin. Bravo
I am not an Apple fan but accompanied a friend because his iPhone had become stuck in a loop while in the process of being updated. We were greeted promptly and asked to wait while someone would be around to assist. The second person arrived shortly and asked my friend to wait a while longer; he returned a time or two, then informing us that there would be a two-hour wait but we could leave and await receiving a text when our time to be assisted was nigh. About an hour later we received the text and returned to the store where we were sent to the rear of the store where we waited along with three long rows of other customers in the process of being helped. Soon a woman appeared with a laptop to which my friend's iPhone was attached to charge. She returned about a half-hour later, pressed a couple of keys and left again while the update continued until completed. The phone appears to be working properly now. The process reminded me of trying to register for college classes during the 1960s but without the excitement. This roomful of Apple customers seemed non-verbal and techno-phobic. This was a very strange and regimented experience but we left with the phone working. I was happy to leave, closely holding my alien Samsung Note 8.
This is the worst customer experience anyone can have. I arrive when they tell me too and then they will not let me check in and have to wait 2.5 before anyone will say please go sit at apple service area. Their stools are not comfortable and your but goes numb waiting. The people her act kind when someone leave you hear them talking about the customers.
