There was no Handiecap Accesible at this location. improvements need to be done so people with wheelchairs can not get in there. there are a lot of people with disabilites out there.

Would give lower but I can't . They were both rude and nasty. I was doing a mystery shopper/field agent thing. Simple question of, Can I have the General Price List, Do you cremate on site or elsewhere, and How much is just a cremation fee without any additional costs? Duh! Hello! It is itemized people. They tried to say they couldn't tell me the price. They are hiding stuff folks. The other 15 or so I went to today and the three yesterday didn't have this many issues or none at all. I get that some people don't know what an app is and don't understand why someone would want something itemized (not really) but they were so rude and unprofessional. God help anyone using their services. I feel for their family.
