They helped my parents though every step and went above and beyond to help memorialize my grandmother. It truly felt that they listened to my parents and wanted to preserve my grandma's memory as a person, not just a source of money. It's easy to brush off a woman of her age as just an old person dying and have a generic viewing and funeral but they did not do that. They understood that she was a person that many were upset to lose. They made us feel like we were important, helping us though the process while we all grieved, losing an incredibly important person in our lives. We were extremely pleased with how the package my grandma had chosen before her death turned out and I'm sure she would have been pleased as well. The way they laid out the visitation showed us that they listed to my parents' stories and helped us to be able to share the stories they told the staff in a very difficult time. The guests at the visitation and funeral also enjoyed the slide show they put together with the pictures my dad and I chose. We will definitely consider Morrissett in the future to help memorialize our loved ones.

After searching the area for funeral homes, Morrissett was hands-down the best. They have a full staff of professionals who are there to serve you every step of the way. They made the entire process as easy as possible and were always available to call when needed. They had the most features and even have services after the ceremony, like grief counseling classes. They were seriously the best from the outset, where other funeral homes seemed hesitant to give us direction on what to do. My entire family agreed that the service was perfect. Ask for LC, he's the best. Daniel is also great, he's being taught by LC.

Larry, the owner, took us in and explained everything and told us up front what it would cost based on the plan we made with his help. So many things we were ignorant of but found out based on Larry's experience and expertise...We couldn't be happier! If you want to feel good about such a thing, do yourself a favor and go to Morrissett first, you won't be disappointed!!
