Great place....they have the tongue and groove wood that Lowe’s and HD did not. People were helpful....
They were great during planning and installation. However, we later found problems with both the installation and the materials. They came out to check and agreed about the problems, and said they would fix it. Said they would order replacements and even sent sub contractor out to measure for the fix. Then we heard nothing for months. Now they don't return our messages. Very disappointed and confused by this.

My partner and I just purchased some lumber (cedar) for a small home garden project from this place. Everyone there was very helpful, from the front desk people to the gentleman who helped us pick out which wood would be best and then cut it to size (no charge for that!). Besides the obvious knowledge of the people who work there, what was best is that no one made us feel dumb or like we were wasting their time for such a small purchase. I can't comment on prices here vs. other places/big-box stores...but that sort of service and convenience is totally worth every penny! And truly, the price for what we purchased didn't seem to be outpaced with what we had expected.
