Mr. Sweeney is the best insurance guy I've ever dealt with! And everyone in his office is helpful and nice. Mr. Sweeney was very informative and knowledgeable about insurance and what I needed. The whole process was super quick and he made purchasing car and renter's insurance painless. He walked me through each step of my quotes, made recommendations on coverage based on what I told him, emailed me the documents to sign electronically, and has been great at answering all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone that needs insurance.
Had homeowners and auto with them. Homeowners was a mess and I had to switch after a month. Then I sold my car and was advised by Nationwide to get non-owner car insurance - this office told me they did not offer it. I had to call Nationwide directly and they weren't very thrilled that I had been told non-owner car insurance wasn't available when it was.
