We were Bailey's a LONG time ago all because my husband cancelled his insurance on a Friday; was in an accident trying to avoid hitting some ducks. Needless to say; we are back! I am GLAD we are back with a RVA local business!

I called in a saturday and he was trying to get all my information and because i told him that i only had a question and told him i was not going to get my car insurance with them, HE WAS REALLY RUDE AND HANG UP THE PHONE WHEN I WAS STILL TALKING. Super rude car insurance company.
Reminded me why it's so important to support locally owned businesses. I had forgotten what truly great, personalized customer service was all about. I got auto insurance through Baileys, and Mr. Bailey was the nicest guy, and didn't try to sell me more than I wanted. Was really impressed!
