It has stores in it. If you want to buy something at the stores, it's a great place to be. Otherwise, it's like any other strip shopping vmcenter.

A nice little shopping center conveniently close to Kabab Bistro where I like to eat in Buffalo Wild Wings where I like to go to watch the game not really packed and not much traffic which I like! :)
I only frequent this strip for two reasons. Buffalo Wild wings and salon centric... Not much else in there.
Stein Mart is nice, clean and the service is very good. The folks working there are extremely nice. Celebrity nails is a owned by a husband and wife team. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is personal and nice. No fancy wine, but quality work at a reasonable and economical price. There are also other shops there, but I haven't been in them.
