Robin was awesome. She refereed us to Karla at a closer location to us. And over there, Karla was fantastic.
Angela was very friendly, extremely helpful in understanding my needs and meeting them. Most importantly she was very informative and detailed in reviewing the contract. I was able to make a confident and informed decision which made the experience worthwhile.

My experience here was so wonderful your staff member Robin is so polite. She helped me with everything I needed help with, she was helping me like she was the manager. I definitely will recommend a friend!!!
This is my second time renting from the place. The new manager, Angela is excellent. Very personable and responsive. I just wish the owner (who appears to double as something god a maintenance guy) was around more for lock cutting/light fixture help and the price of a lock (21 bucks) is excessive. I also don't like the fact the facility isn't 24/7 access. It's my property 24/7, I should be able to access it anytime. If not for the great service Angela provides, I probably would have left after the first month. People do business with people they like.
