As usual there was only one cashier available And customers were forced to use the self service checkout and wait in a rediculously long line. This is the Thanksgiving holiday week, and the store should have been prepared to handle the volume of customers anticipated. Some of the produce was clearly not fresh, and some contained visible mold. When reported to the unprofessional, unenthusiastic manager, all she did was have the molded items removed without removing the entire bin of produce. She never apologized, offered a corrective action plan, and was socially withdrawn, and hostile. Bad experience! Staff is very unpolished and unprofessional.
It is nice to hire neighborhood kids to work, and the young lady that checked me out was as nice as anyone I have ever met at checkout. There some of the young people working there that thinks it is play time, intentionally mingling in a group and walking in front of you to challenge you. Otherwise very nice, clean and well stocked store.
Never have a problem going here. Even when it's busy, I still get out of there pretty quickly. I like that they have so many self check out lanes.
I had a pickup at this location. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attention and help I got from the associates and one of the managers. I like this location and it is stocked well. The associates go out of their way to help. Thanks to all of them.
I love this. It’s a quick easy and convenient and I don’t have to walk a mile to get what I need and get out fast. Very helpful staff and the self-service lines WORK!
