They are nice, friendly and helpful. The major issue that I have is their fees for public vs. dealer. I found out that the dealers fees are half of what they charge the public and the maximum the dealers get charged is $600. Where the public is charged $1150 up to twenty thousand dollars plus $95 processing fee and an additional 5% over twenty thousand dollars. I would certainly buy more cars from them if their fees weren't tilted unfairly towards the dealers and hence why I give them one star.
Brought my Volvo s80 from here. 100% recommend. When I got my Volvo it did have issues like the suspension needed to be fixed. Overall price I spent repairing the vehicle and purchasing was little over 1600. My Volvo is still running with 300,000 no issues. The car came with new tires! And a one owner carfax!
Interesting to view cars & attend auctions. Always can be an overbidder in crowd. Or some1 coming in late & pishing their way thru bidders. Prices sometimes good or bad. Small restaurant indoor.

Customer Service isn't the best, however the cars have potential and the guys who clean and prepare them are very thorough.
