As a former car salesperson trainer, I rate this experience at 3 stars. While the salesperson was very humble, down to earth, the sales manager was cocky, didn't want to listen to the customer, until I got up and walked out, then he had the salesperson call me and tell me he could do the deal. In Financing Office the F&M Manager got an attitude when I told her I did not need the GAP insurance, she even went on to say "you must have a lot of money, if you don't take this insurance." Hold up do your job and don't worry about my bank account. I guess as someone who once trained these folks it could have been a different experience. I even told them what I did in a previous life to give them all heads up that I was not your average customer, but they didn't listen, didn't care or are clueless and think they know it all.
Getting this in a bit late but due to some scheduling at work was unable to do sooner.
My girlfriend and I purchased a used vehicle in early September and it was definitely the best experience that we had while car shopping. We walked in, told them what we were there to look at and that is what they showed us. They didn't pressure us into looking at vehicles other than the two that we were there to see. Conner was awesome. From the time we got there to the time we left was probably the least stressful part of the week long experience for us.
