All in all, cleaning the car yourself is a much better idea and I would have done so as I usually do, but I just bought the car used a few weeks before and figured it would be nice to have it "professionally" cleaned. I guess I'll have to clean it myself. And the exterior.
However, after the detail the car seats and the foot area had a lot grass and dust particles, just as it had before the cleaning. Many very noticeable places in the car that were dusty or dirty weren't touched at all, even my palmrests and cupholders were all as dirty as they came in and that just shocked me, because that would be literally the first thing I would wipe down myself because it's the most noticeable from the driver's point of view.
Wanted a father's day clean . Turned away when they had nobody customers waiting cause I was trying to use a Groupon on the wrong day. Even offered to pay extra.
Guess you guys win. You have my money and will not be returning to get the clean. Who ever said you can't get something for nothing.
Very friendly and nice guys. Detailing and vacuum on the inside was great. However, they missed wiping the inside of the back windshield. On the outside wash, the scrubbing on the roof and hood wasn't thorough and some dirt spots remained. They also missed under the spoiler. Lastly, there was a $5 difference between the prices quoted on the website and what I paid ($25 v $30). I'd go back, but I would ask for and expect better. My car was old and pretty dirty but still deserves great treatment... especially bc I took it to be detailed in prep to sell it.
The cleaning I got wasn't event worth $75, let alone the Groupon's promised $170 "value". Very disappointed. I know the whole "value" thing is bs sometimes, but I've had $70 cleanings that were much better than this one.
Best part was that I even tipped them at the end... ... Before seeing how little was actually done. Take my advice and find a different place to clean your car, a service like this you want to have done right because you can always do a mediocre job yourself, why pay others to do the same?
Used Groupon coupon for bumper to bumper on older car. Experienced great service and quality. I was only disappointed that they could not hand wax.
I came with a $75 Groupon that I bought, promising $170 worth "full interior cleaning and exterior detail". I got a decent exterior detail, but interior cleaning was beyond awful, I could have done far better with a wet cloth and a vacuum myself. My car wasn't even particularly dirty, I keep my car clean and free of any visible clutter.
