The employee broke my gear shift some how an the Asst. Manager told his manager an employee did it because my truck gear shift wasn't like that when he drove it in the machine. Now soon they finish I get in my truck and see this. I wanted to lift the roof off the place. But I'm staying legit so that I'm now consulting with an attorney because they been taking me on a run around for almost 2 months now to get my vehicle fixed....business it's bad business.REALTALK.

Best place in Richmond! I've been coming here for over a year now and they are by far the best car wash I've ever had :) The staff are always nice along with free coffee. I get the GOLD wash which is their best wash and my car looks like it just came out of the dealership washed, wiped down inside & out, detailed to a tee, and most importantly vacuumed!
Always keep Nickie DeLancer looking in tip top shape they even dry and detail the inside as a client i love the *Gold Package $23.99* its even standard Hand dried & shine can't be beat!
