Amazing customer service and personal attention . I called from Los Angeles because it was my brother’s birthday and I needed a gift. They assisted me in the decision and made me feel welcome ;even over the phone .
Ordered flowers for Valentine's day a few days ago and it looks like there may be an issue with how the system processed the address. This would be no problem if I could get someone one the phone!!!!!! I have called at least 20 times and there is no answer and the voice-mail is full. I am all for supporting small business, but you absolutely have to be professional. If no one is going to answer the phone at least clear the voice-mail. I guess ithe is safe to assume that the flowers I ordered will never arrive.
I recommend this business to anyone looking for a smile and help for any gift and floral needs .

Small local shop, very friendly and knows how to get it done right. They helped me customize a rose arrangement for my wife that was simply fabulous. She sent me the pic in a text and said they smell great, are crazy fresh, and look awesome. After one day half the flowers had wilted and were dying. Didn’t include any feed. Rather a poor show. The recipient loved the bouquet but after a day felt rather sad.
I placed a order online Saturday at midnight. The funeral was Monday at 11am. They open at 830am. I called at 832 and they said they had the order and it is going out soon. This is awesome service! This as my first time using them but it won't be my last
