I love this gym! It has a great location, is always super clean, and the staff is really friendly. I started going in November and signed up for personal training with Parker and couldn't be happier!! She's the best trainer ever! She has helped me reach my fitness goals month after month as well as helped me build up my strength through free weights and circuit workouts. I've seen amazing progress and she has been so supportive along the way. I look forward to our sessions every week and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Though the music makes me want to go down on a 12 gauge shotgun.

I love Crunch, and training with Waleed. He's been great at targeting unilateral imbalances and helping me strengthen targeted muscle groups to reduce the pain I experience at work as a massage therapist. In just 30 minutes/week, he's helped me progress more than I have in years of exercising on my own.

Great place! Great price! Great location!

Been here for around 2 month. Got in when the initial fee was only $1 compared to the $60 it usually is. For only $9.99 a month, this place is pretty solid for the beginner to intermediate lifter. Place is clean and well-kept and the weights are generally where they should be. 2 squat rack and deadlift platforms, 1 squat/overhead press rack, 2 bench presses for the major lifting equipments. Bench is always taken during the busy hours and squat racks too at times. But I usually go around 6 or 7 so it's not that big a deal. My biggest complaints have to be the music and the free weight area benches. The benches there are 3 inches too high, this might not sound like a big deal, but doing dumbbell presses is a pain in the ass because only your toes can touch the ground so you feel less stable. The music is recycled pop songs day in and day out. I hear the exact same songs every single day at least twice and it drives me insane. Yea I understand that it's the "safe" music that'll offend no one, but I rather listen to paint dry than hear On My Mind or International Love ever again.

Clean, good equipment, friendly trainers. The busy hours are crazy like everywhere else. And those who just want to pump and gaze at themselves in the mirrors are here, too. But still a better vibe than the meathead palaces and pickup joints. And... There's beer all around the neighborhood. Interesting perk.
