I rented two climate controlled storage units from this location & am very happy w/ my experience.
The facility is clean & secure & the service they provide is outstanding.
The lady in the office was outstanding! Had rented a spot for 6 months and never had a problem. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot needs to be bigger.
All they care about is your money, Nothing else, I am currently renting from these guys and In May I paid all the way thru aug 3, I was told by the lady that works the front desk that I didn't have to pay until sept, well this morning my locker was locked and I didn't receive a email even telling me my bill was due or late like they normally do so I was thinking I didn't have to pay til sept like the lady said, so I called at 1047 today and the lady in the office that she was busy and the manager would call me within an hour, its 510 now they are closed and the manager still didn't call me.......this is very unprofessional to me and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today, so it's cool for me to pay a couple of months in advance but I can't get a couple of days when your worker said that I had to pay in sept!!!! They only care about money and will not even give you the respect by calling you back, I know when I go there Friday I will take my business to where it's appreciated, Do not rent from these people because of you have a problem No one will help you, I still haven't gotten anything saying that I owe or my locker would be closed like they normally would send to my email, I've waited all day for this manager to contact me but now the place is closed.....
Showed up for an auction there. The place was not in the beat part of town, but the location was clean and well-kept, the staff was professional and the event was smooth and speedy.
This is my second time storing stuff here and is always a good experience the people are so nice they are very helpful and I will continue to use this place
