Two great moves with Kloke in less than one year!
When I wanted to move back however, Mayflower Charlotte, NC could not accommodate my move door to door, so, I regretfully went with a local Charlotte, NC. company who could. They damaged some of my furniture but I luckily had paid for the extra warranty. The company gave me such the run around and screwed over the person who did the quote for the damages that, I had to go to the president and get my Warranty money back and I paid the person who quoted them to fix my furniture his fee for the quote out of my pocket. If I ever move again, I will definitely go Mayflower!

The entire process was all around excellent. Everyone involved in the move was kind and caring. I was continuously updated throughout the process. My possessions arrived in the same condition they left in. Would use again.

Unorganized, under manned, late. No one is in charge. They show up late and stay forever. Send way too few people to pack, inventory, and load. Not sure why the military is paying for such poor service. Avoid if you can.

I'm still waiting for my shipment after more than a month, every time I call I get a runaround or somebody telling me they don't have time to "deliver to the boonies"
