Third move with Commonwealth. Each time the guys were extremely polite, congenial, funny. They never stop moving. Wow, are they good. They know all the steps. Their back office staff on the phone as well as their scouts are great. They take all the hassle out of moving; well almost!
We have had pretty awful movers in the past but Commonwealth Movers gave us faith in the moving experience again. We really enjoyed meeting the guys, and everyone was incredibly professional. The price was also very reasonable; we will absolutely use them on our next move!!
I first used Commonwealth Movers around fifteen years ago. They were the absolute best. They were punctual, friendly, clean and actually got me moved in much less time than I had anticipated. I have referred may people to them, including my parents and everyone of them has thanked me. I moved again recently and in bringing a reclining love seat into the house a hinge on one end got damaged by the movers and it would not recline properly. It was a Saturday afternoon around 3:00 and I called the office and reported it. That evening around 6:00 while taking a break the doorbell rang. When I answered the door there was a nice older gentleman with a tool box that said he was there to fix our furniture. I was very impressed with that and it has worked fine ever since. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Movers to anyone. It was a great price and a great experience for both of our moves.
The movers were polite and hardworking. They packed an item that I designated a fragile. On unpacking the item was broken. I contacted Commonwealth, sent photos, and the claim form. I've heard nothing back in spite of inquires.
Hired for a piano move. Service was prompt. Price seemed reasonable for a piano. Movers were respectful and cooperative in allowing me to place furniture pads under each leg.
