I used these guys for my move and they did a great job. They padded everything so well that nothing was damaged. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I hope I don't need to move again soon, but if I do I will call them again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move. They communicated everything to me completely so I had all my questions answered and was very comfortable with the whole process.
Team does stand up behind their commitments. Mattress company selected this operation to deliver box springs. They called to schedule delivery and they confirmed a specific date (confirmed specific date twice). They called 15 days later to set a time frame and confirmed a different day - absolutely unwilling to make it right for the customer. Mary was unhelpful, claimed it was not her fault and blamed others on her team for the date miscommunicaion - no options or compensations, only excuses were provided. Asked to speak with the manager - Patrick spoke to me through a speaker phone and offered no solutions. Blamed everything on “the computer.” The company does not provide email or text confirmations. If you have any other options, do not use this company.

The only reason this company is getting any stars at all is because the two men who delivered the furniture were polite, efficient, and left no trace they were there. It's too bad their "boss" is rude and unprofessional, and the company they work for doesn't follow up to offer any kind of explanation, let alone apology, for abandoning their customers.
This company was contracted to deliver furniture to us by the furniture company. We were contacted mid-week by Mary to set up a delivery time on the following Monday. Friday afternoon, we were contacted again by another female (whose name I failed to catch), asking if we could take delivery that Sunday rather than Monday; we rescheduled for Sunday between 8:00-12:00, with a "heads-up" call expected when the driver was 30 min out. The furniture didn't show up at ALL Sunday; I left a message with the office asking what was going on. I never received a call back--still haven't. Monday morning, James, who called himself the warehouse manager, called to let us know our furniture was on its way. When I asked him what happened to our Sunday delivery, he said, "..Oh, the furniture wouldn't fit on the truck." As if this explained why they stood us up. When I asked about the lack of communication, he replied, clearly annoyed, "...Ma'am, do you want your furniture delivered today or not?!". He refused to give me the name of the general manager, even though I asked more than once.
The people in the office have been so helpfull. They listened to every question I had and addressed them promptly. They gave me a competitive price and followed through on every promiss. I am very pleased.
