I’m very particular with how my things are moved, the staff did an excellent job listening to my requests as well as offering suggestions and cared/packed everything so well exceeding my expectations. I was very impressed by their dedication and communication.
We were disappointed when we learned that the cost for our move was at least 25% higher than the quote. We were charged extra time. and charged close to $300 for packing supplies that were not included at all in the initial quote. We even had one less bedroom to move than was included in the quote. Before choosing this company, I asked if they accepted credit cards and the answer was yes. When I attempted to use my credit card, I was told there would be a 3% additional charge.

We contracted with Regency to move our furniture and garage items. When the movers arrived, there was nothing in the house but what we agreed upon. Prior to the movers arrival, all items were removed from the walls, the beds were broken down. dresser drawers emptied and everything was ready to be moved. The movers worked consistently and the move went well with the exception of some damage to two major items.
In addition to unethical pricing, it took four months and a litany of phone calls to be reimbursed for the damaged items for which I paid an additional upfront premium.
Move was right on the estimate. I would recommend this company.
We've moved several times and Regency Moving always does a great job with our household goods. We have many antiques and they always take great care to insure they are properly padded and handled with care. Friendly staff and always very helpful.

All my furniture was covered in moving blankets, the guys took extreme caution when moving my furniture. We had great communication with the crew and they really managed to work promptly to my schedule.
