Many items were scraped and damaged due being stacked haphazardly on the truck without protection. I bought mattress covers to protect them, but one mattress still had a hold poked in it. Beware: in signing the contract you agree to a $500 deductible and reimbursement of only 60 cents on the dollar to what the damaged item is worth. I do not recommend this company. My email complaint was not responded to.
