Do not do business with this company. They are the absolute worst slumlords in Richmond. I have rented apartments and properties for many years and this company has been by far the worst I've had to deal with. When something is broken it takes them months to get around to getting someone out to fix it. Neville does not personally call you back either, the other lady in the office is very nice and tries very hard to be helpful. I would NEVER rent from them again, NEVER. Stay away and if you do plan on renting from them dont expect much.
Neville Johnson is such a breath of fresh air! I am so happy I found a company that offers fan rentals and is NOT run by idiots attempting to rent out disgusting apartments. They have responded to every maintenance request in an extremely timely manner and Neville Johnson himself has shown up or returned calls regarding after hours requests. These people are great and I plan to stick with them for many years to come.
