We knew right after meeting Chris we wanted him to list our condo and help find our dream home. He certainly knows real estate, especially in Richmond. No matter what the time, he was always available to talk us off a ledge and give us honest answers and advice. Chris Small KNOWS Richmond. Wow--taking a drive with him to see properties is a tour in itself!
