Bus ride was fine. Bus was dirty they did not clean drinks that where spilled all over the floor. Some of the seat where questionable and very filthy. We made it though safe and sound.
If you want to save money and don't bother to rick your life, you can take Chinese bus. Otherwise, stay away from this trashy bus and do someone else.
On nov 23 2017 they schedule a bus for 1130 pm when people arrive no one to tell u anything stayed around until 1230 no one came to say nothing no driver no ticket collector ..when u call they tell u bus left on time yeah right and I was there lots of people came and left so I asked for reschedule ticket or a refund is this really how this company make there money squeezing poor black people
Please, keep your life and stay away from the Chinese Bus.
Finally the driver succeed back to the right ramp and get off the highway safely. However, it is terrible for me to have an such bad experience.
I took night bus to NYC on Sep. 21st, 2017. The driver missed one ramp and he stop at the middle of the highway and tried to back the car to the ramp!!! This is really ridiculous and since everyone is asleep I don't think there are much people realize that(but after the driver started doing that, I see some people awake and they are horrified as me)
Eastern is the cleanest Chinese bus and they are always on time. So if your ticket says 'departure at 12:30', you better believe that the bus will not be there at 12:31 -No other bus in Richmond offers this, not even greyhound. I hope their service doesn't deteriorate as they grow because it would be a shame! Keep up the good work!
Going to Virginia the ride went smoothly. We go into Virginia little late. But is was a good trip. The ride home was mostly good. But half way back to New York. The bus sounded like it ran over something. When everyone started asking questions. The driver and the other person with him didn't say what had happened. We were sitting there for some time. Once we started moving. Everything after we started moving again it went smoothly.
