They always do a great job. This is my go to body shop, which I have unfortunately needed way to often.
These guys are consistently fantastic. Have used them for years. Always prompt, courteous beyond belief, friendly and efficient. Everybody should take a lesson from the staff at Baugh in how to make customers feel appreciated. They do great work and finish when promised. Always looks professional and never take a shortcut. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I would give them 0 stars if could. Baugh was supposed to be working on my car and the estimated time of completion was one week. Well, one week went by and I had to call THEM just to figure out the status of my car. Nick Amoto (sp?) was the guy that was supposed to be working on my car and he told me that they found some additional damage and he would call me back later that day. Fast forward two days later and I still hadn’t heard from him. I had to call him again just to hear word about my car. Long story short, he wanted to claim my car as totaled but my insurance company’s field supervisor said that my damage was fixable and not totaled. When he brought that information to Nick’s attention, he still said no. How do you sit with my car for over a week and not do anything? Why did I have to reach out to THEM to hear about what was going on with my car? They have some serious communication issues and they are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else! You’ll thank me later!
Baugh Auto Body did a great job on the Hail Damage repair of our 2016 Honda Pilot. The Team kept us informed during the process and our individual service representative monitored the repair from start to finish ensuring a great job!
