Used to be fantastic, now they're a ripoff and completely dishonest. Will never take another vehicle there after it took them almost a month to fix my car, lied about numerous things, threw parts at it with zero authorization and lied about fixing it multiple times.
This place is absolutely incredible! My car would not start so I had to have it towed to them after hours and dropped off my key. They called the very next morning at 7:30am and told me the problem and it would be fixed by 10:30am. WOW!!! That is customer service!!! I will continue to return to this place for any car problems.
I actually found this place by accident because I was desperate to get my car inspected ASAP! And this seemed to be the only place open on Saturdays! This place is gold!
On my first visit I brought two different cars to them. One in relatively great shape...the other the exact opposite. The first one I didn't expect any problems, and didn't receive any. The second one had a number of issues that I had shopped around and was expecting in the area of $500.00+. They were extremely honest with me, and upfront about pricing. They also had a GREAT amount of common sense and didn't use an overpriced fix for an old vehicle. Ultimately they ended up saving me money and helped me figure out my next steps with the car. I have referred at least two other people to them...because finding an honest and forthright mechanic is extremely hard these days!! THANKS ONE STOP!!!!
