I believe the repairs done on my vehicle were not checked correctly and after a month, I discovered that a part was not checked and taken care of as it should have been I have emailed this company twice and they refuse to answer my email. I am done with this company. I do not recommend them!
I have had the best experience ever during my recent visits at Chapman's. I was drawn to Chapman's by the outstanding reviews I found on line. I brought in my 2000 Nissan Maxima to have a safety check to see if it would be safe to drive it across country (going the northern route in December of all things) and Gary conducted a thorough evaluation, pronouncing it fit to go. I had some particular concerns and Gary addressed all of my questions and concerns. The car was just fine the whole way. I flew back from Seattle. My confidence in the car and Gary at Chapman's, to continue taking care of the car, has led me now to have the car shipped back here from Seattle, rather than selling it out there as I had originally intended. My only regret, at this point, is that I did not discover Chapman's years ago.
I used Chapman's a few weeks ago for some brake repair. They did a great job, at a reasonable price. I sometimes struggle with trusting a new mechanic, but this place is the real deal. Front office is super friendly, easy to talk to, you'll love it.
Dropped my car after my car wouldn't start. The receptionist Pam was extremely personable and helpful. She assured me they would take care of it first thing in the morning as it was close to closing, and then offered me a ride home. As promised my car was ready the following business day and fixed for a very fair price and the work was well done. Once again I was offered a ride to get my car though as I was already out and about it was unnecessary. I have found my new go-to garage.
I've been using Chapman's for auto repairs for a few years now. They have always done excellent work with great turnaround time. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful and prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!
I have continued to have my car serviced at Chapman's and can now report that my initial very positive experience was no fluke. Service is always excellent, staff very friendly and things are done in a most timely manner.
