I took my Volvo truck there for a wash and as per protocol, left it in park. 5 minutes later they came to get me and said that the truck had jumped gears and hit a pole causing $1800.00 in damages. There is and has never been any mechanical issues with my truck. They have many cameras but I was told that someone had deleted the footage and that they were not responsible for the damage. I immediately called my lawyer. STAY AWAY!!!

My car is always cleaned inside and out very well and quickly. Would give 5 stars if they cleaned the roof better. It's a SUV so it's tall.
